Tips for class:

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement.
  • Gather these yoga tools ahead of time to use during the class:
    -yoga mat
    -strap, tie, or belt
    -tennis ball or therapy peanut
  • The following optional yoga tools may also be helpful:
    -2 yoga blocks (books or a small stool could also be used)
    -chair or wall nearby for balance
    -1 or 2 blankets (the denser the better in my opinion)
    -flat pillow(s)
    -eye pillow for relaxation
